Africa, The Holocausts of Rwanda and Sudan
Africa, The Holocausts of Rwanda and Sudan is a book published by the University of New Mexico Press in 2006. The book consists of a preface, the Rwandan Refugee Story told in 1994 with an account of the trip; The Sudan Slavery Story in 2000; The Sudan Oilfield Genocide epic in 2002; the Nuba Mountain- Sudan chapter in 2004 and an epilogue. There are 180+ plates of full color images which reveals the condition of the persecuted in the troubled areas. The four different types of genocide and slavery and their aftermath are depicted. Tribe-on-tribe genocide, religious genocide, (holy jihad), ethnic cleansing genocide and chattel slavery. Its all here, with repercussions that will be felt around the world for generations. The stories appeared in the Delaware County Sunday Times and the three Sudan chapters were told in the Santa Fe New Mexican. Each chapter has an exhibit of large color images and text panels, some of which have traveled in the United States. The four exhibits tell a compelling story with searing imagery.
