Lectures & Workshops
Lucian Niemeyer has a wide variety of experience in lecturing and workshops. His lectures have included diverse groups from children to seniors; colleges to elementary schools; business to large social functions; specific interests to general interest groups. Some of his more recent groups were:
Winchester Apple Blossom Festival (550) full house; National Audubon Society Meeting held bi-annually. Both in 1994 and 1996; Regional and local Audubon and birding groups; Camera Clubs; Elementary school groups; VISCOMM; Leica Historical Society; Mariners Museum; Elizabethtown College; Church groups; Wings & Water Wildlife Festival, workshop; Waterfowl Festival, Easton, lecture and workshop; St Johns College, Annapolis and Santa Fe: Delaware Art Museum: and Banana Factory in Bethlehem, Pa. He has just returned on a lecture tour that encompassed three different titles, Schooner Sultana, Okefenokee and Sudan Genocide.
His lectures usually include a slide presentation on diverse subjects which relate to his books, Africa, Brazil and other studies he has completed. His fee structure ranges from $200. to $1000. plus expenses, depending upon the audience and the topic. For arrangements contact Joan Niemeyer.
