This image is been printed in two sizes via the Ilfochrome classic print format mounted on tempered masonite, covered with a five mil coating and then framed without glass. The 24"x 20" print with a finished size of 29"x 25" in a white wood frame and covered with a 5 mil gloss UV laminate. The price for this image is $625.00 + tax. The second image is covered with a 5 mil pearl UV laminate and is a 30"x 20" image with a finished size of 34"x 24" in a platinum wood frame and a price of $700.00 + tax. We have a new pigment print available unmounted and unframed for $600 24"x 16".

The story of this image is that I was doing a study of the Osprey in the Chesapeake Bay area. A platform had been erected for me near the nest which I used from April till July when the birds fledged. On the day that the young birds fledged I recorded their first flights. The female flew, ran out of strength and fell into the bay. She paddled her way to the riff-raff on the shore which was about 40 feet from me, proceeded to climb out of the water where she rested for some ten minutes, then weakly flew back to the nest. It was an enormous encounter for me.
